A Cancer Battle Plan: Six Strategies for Beating Cancer, from a Recovered “Hopeless Case”

I just completed Anne and David Frahm’s book, A Cancer Battle Plan: Six Strategies for Beating Cancer, from a Recovered “Hopeless Case”.   https://www.amazon.com/Cancer-Battle-Plan-Strategies-Recovered/dp/087477893X The book chronicles how Anne recovered from cancer after her oncologist sent her home to die.  I highly recommend this book for everyone to read!

If you suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure, auto-immune disease, anything up to and including cancer this book is for you.  The Frahm’s discuss how our bodies are inundated by toxins.  Automobile exhaust, cigarette smoke (second hand or otherwise), pesticides, food additives, even tap water contain toxins that build up in our bodies.  Over time these toxins manifest themselves in our organs in one form of disease or another ultimately becoming cancer.

From my first blog entry I wrote, “Our bodies, as the universe, are a dynamic chemical reaction.”  All chemicals, toxic or non, create a reaction within our bodies.  Unfortunately, toxic chemicals create a harmful reaction.  It is inevitable.  Just as when you shake a bottle/can of soda and open the cap you get a violent reaction, depending on how violent the toxins are in your body determines how violently ill you will become.

After reading A Cancer Battle Plan I discovered that there is hope and cures to your ills, assuming you are willing to follow the Battle Plan.  The battle plan is not a pill that solves all of your problems but serious lifestyle changes that frankly many will choose not to take but continue on their toxic path.  In a previous blog I also quoted Robert Frost’s poem, The Road Not Taken:

“Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—

I took the one less traveled by,

And that has made all the difference.”

The first commitment you must make to being healthy is to decide to make a difference by taking the road less traveled.  If you are willing to quit what you have done up to this point and change directions then read on, otherwise continue on your path and God bless you.
