Our first attempt at juicing!
I bought a juicer attachment for my wife’s KitchenAid mixer and enjoyed an immediate success! Two apples and enough watermelon to fill up the small cup that comes with the juicer was all we did. It provided approximately 16 ounces as it filled two glasses, one for my wife and one for me.
It was amazing! So delicious and refreshing. And EASY. Put juicing on your lifestyle change game plan! I found this pic on Amazon if you have a KitchenAid mixer.

Vegie juicing
My first vegie juice involved carrots, cauliflower, cucumbers, and broccoli. It wasn’t the most flavorful juice I’d every tasted but it was fresh vegetable juice.
After drinking my vegie concoction I left to play golf.
I had been reading about the importance of riding toxins from your body and your gut in particular. Fortunately, there was a golf course bathroom appropriately situated in direct correlation to a fresh carrot, cauliflower, cucumber, and broccoli juice drink and my capacity to retain the resulting intestinal chemical reaction.
I recommend this combination of vegetables to detoxify your colon. I will also recommend that you do so while relaxing in your home in close proximity to a toilet.
